The value for money at this citrus farmstay was excellent! The room was clean and had stylish modern furniture. The location was perfect, being just a short 25-minute drive away from Addo National Park. The staff at Happy Lands Farmstay were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The beautiful garden and relaxed atmosphere added to the overall charm of the property.
The food for breakfast was great, but the bacon could have been a little softer.

We had a fantastic stay at the Farm, surrounded by lemon trees. the new rooms were well-kept with plenty of space. the highlight was ordering dinner, especially Nita's Bobotie which was delicious. Breakfast was also a treat with homemade jam, honey, orange juice, and eggs. the owners were very pleasant and the location was perfect for attending a nearby wedding at Happy Lands. We even got the chance to visit the orchard and pick a few lemons. Great value for money as low-budget travelers.

Our stay at Happy Lands Farmstay was absolutely fantastic. We loved the spacious room with a large ensuite shower. The beautiful gardens were a delight to explore, and the presence of friendly dogs and cats added to the charm. The highlight of our stay was the stunning view from the property, providing a sense of tranquility and escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. Also, the breakfast served was delicious, with homemade muffins and locally sourced honey and marmalade. The property was perfect for families with children, as there was plenty of space to roam around. Additionally, the option to have breakfast packed for our early morning safari to Addo was much appreciated. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a strange smell in the toilet and a small trash bin for our family, our overall experience at Happy Lands Farmstay was enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable stay in the area. I highly recommend this gem of a hotel for its warm hospitality, stunning views, and family-friendly atmosphere.

The rooms were clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the surroundings. The hosts were friendly and gave good recommendations for activities nearby. The location was convenient for exploring the area and there was a lovely garden to walk around in.
The breakfast was basic and could have had more options, including some hot dishes. The room was quite hot and there was no air conditioning or effective fan to cool it down.

I had an amazing experience staying in a beautiful and secluded rural location surrounded by citrus farms. the accommodation was perfect and spotless, with beautiful rooms and comfortable beds. the breakfast on the patio was fantastic, offering fresh squeezed orange juice and delicious meals. Its location close to the Addo Elephant park meant that I was able to easily explore the surrounding areas, with everything I wanted to do only a short drive away.
There was only one issue: the dirt roads to get to the location were challenging to navigate.

We spent Thanksgiving at a charming farmhouse, which was a peaceful haven from the city. the cozy chalets were surrounded by orchards and gardens with beautiful trees, and the breakfasts were generous and affordable. the citrus farm was lovely, and the personnel were kind and polite. Plus, we enjoyed the hot water pressure in the outdoor shower.
We couldn't try the lemon/orange marmalade, and we would have appreciated more information about the garden's flora.
